Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad, Flevoland is seeking a Supervisor to lead a warehouse department within our Tech division. You will drive daily operations, performance, and improvements, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and shaping the operation from day one.

We operate in a dynamic, international setting with automation, data and systems at the core. Prior experience in logistics and SAP/ERP is valued; driver’s license and transport are essential for site duties.

Qualifications

MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years as an Assistant Supervisor/Teamleader.
Experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
Experience with SAP or other ERP/WMS systems.
Willing to work in shifts (including temporary night periods).
Good leadership and communication skills.
Able to improve processes and work with data.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop your operational team.
Monitor and steer daily KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning.
Lead daily stand-up meetings and coordinate workforce planning with the Workforce Planning team.
Identify and implement process improvements within a highly automated warehouse environment.
Coach team members and support their professional development.
