Job summary

Arvato’s warehouse in Puttershoek seeks a structured, analytical Warehouse Support Specialist to bridge operations and data. You’ll identify deviations, translate issues into improvements, and support a 2-shift operation in a high-tech, fully automated environment.

You’ll work closely with Supervisors, Quality and Customer Support, reporting to the Supervisor. A background in logistics and strong Excel and ERP/WMS experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar warehouse support or logistics role.
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas and data analysis).
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory).
• Good command of English.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in 2 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Acting as first point of contact for operational and system-related issues within the warehouse.
• Investigating order, stock or process deviations and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Analyzing data (inventory, performance, flows) using Excel and WMS/ERP systems.
• Preparing reports and sharing insights with Operations, Quality and other stakeholders.
• Proactively identifying improvements to prevent recurring issues.
