Job summary

Arvato is seeking a proactive Warehouse Support Specialist to bridge operations and support, ensuring efficient warehouse processes and leveraging SAP/WMS systems. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MBO (Vocational) or Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Accurate, proactive, and strong communication skills.
• Available to work according to the applicable shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process-related issues.
• Investigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems and implement structural improvements.
• Analyse warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and operational performance using Excel and WMS/ERP systems (SAP).
• Prepare reports and communicate findings with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and, where applicable, customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues.
