Arvato is hiring a Warehouse Support Specialist in Lelystad to back daily warehouse operations and data-driven improvements. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy, reliability, and smooth processes from day one.

You’ll work with Excel and ERP/WMS systems, translate findings into sustainable actions, and support the launch of the new Tech location in Lelystad. This role emphasizes analytical thinking and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of warehouse processes, ERP/WMS workflows.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP/WMS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for operational and system issues in the warehouse.

As a Warehouse Support Specialist in Lelystad, you'll play a key role in the successful implementation and launch of Arvato’s newest Tech location. You'll support daily warehouse operations, analyze operational data, resolve system and process-related issues, and help ensure processes run smoothly from day one. YOUR ROLE

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you'll combine operational support with data analysis. You'll act as a key point of contact for operational and system-related issues, investigate deviations, and translate your findings into sustainable improvements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as a first point of contact for operational and system-related issues within the warehouse;
• Investigating discrepancies in orders, inventory, and warehouse processes and coordinating appropriate solutions;
• Analyzing operational data, inventory accuracy, and performance trends using Excel and ERP/WMS systems;
• Preparing reports and sharing operational insights with relevant stakeholders;
• Supporting root cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues;
• Monitoring warehouse processes and ensuring data quality within operational systems;
• Proactively identifying improvement opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives;
• Contributing to the successful implementation and launch of the new Tech operation in Lelystad.

You'll become part of the Warehouse Support team within our Tech division. Together with your colleagues, you'll work closely with Warehouse Operations, Quality, Customer Support, Planning, and other stakeholders to ensure a reliable and efficient operation every day.

You'll primarily work during regular office hours. Depending on operational requirements, occasional flexibility may be needed.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,607 and €3,349 based on a 40-hour workweek depending on your experience;

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for an analytical and proactive Warehouse Support Specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic logistics environment and understands how warehouse processes, systems, and data come together.

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• Experience with Microsoft Excel;
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus;
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, such as inbound, outbound, and inventory management;
• Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset;
• Accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented;
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.
