Job summary

Arvato is hiring a Warehouse Support Specialist in Lelystad to back daily warehouse operations and data-driven improvements. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy, reliability, and smooth processes from day one.

You’ll work with Excel and ERP/WMS systems, translate findings into sustainable actions, and support the launch of the new Tech location in Lelystad. This role emphasizes analytical thinking and teamwork.

Qualifications

Experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Understanding of warehouse processes, ERP/WMS workflows.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP/WMS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for operational and system issues in the warehouse.
Investigate discrepancies in orders, inventory, and processes and coordinate solutions.
Analyze operational data and performance trends using Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
Prepare reports and share insights with stakeholders.
Support root cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor data quality in operational systems and identify improvement opportunities.
Contribute to the launch of the new Tech operation in Lelystad.
