Job summary

Exact is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in the Technology organization in Delft. The role focuses on attracting junior, mid, and senior professionals, including Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Architects, Data & AI Specialists, and Cloud Experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels in an international org and with educational institutions.
• Strategic thinker who can work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Dutch language proficiency is a strong advantage for the Dutch market.
• Valid Dutch work permit required.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from attracting and sourcing talent to hiring candidates.
• Advise management on recruitment strategies, market developments, and hiring progress.
• Represent Exact as an employer at educational institutions and student associations.
• Support employer branding and strengthen our employer value proposition.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Ensure accurate and timely administration of recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool for current and future needs.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition projects to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences.
