Job summary

Delft Circuits B.V. is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle, align with hiring managers, and improve candidate experience.

You will craft compelling ads, source actively, and manage relationships with external partners while supporting the organization’s growth in a cutting-edge quantum technology environment. You will join an HR team reporting to the CFO, and play a key role in shaping Delft Circuits’ talent acquisition strategy and processes, including diversity and employer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with an ATS and recruitment KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with hiring managers and HR.
• Advise on effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels.
• Write engaging job ads and publish vacancies across channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct calls, present candidates, and coordinate processes.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant recruitment administration and reporting.
