Job summary

Sendcloud, Eindhoven-based and operating with a hybrid model, is looking for a Medior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle for tech roles, from intake to signed offer. You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, Operations and Design, shaping sourcing strategies and interview design for a fast-growing platform.

You'll build your own sourcing playbook, recruit directly beyond inbound applications, and guide both candidates and managers through offers, with English fluency

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience recruiting for tech roles (Engineering, Product, Data, or Design), in-house.
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates directly rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Comfortable owning multiple searches and stakeholders at once.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of tech roles, from intake to signed offer.
• Source candidates directly through targeted outreach, tech communities, referrals, and platforms like GitHub and LinkedIn.
• Run intake calls with hiring managers to turn a vague brief into a sourcing strategy and a realistic hiring timeline.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview loops, keeping every step moving and every stakeholder informed.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through offer negotiation, balancing market data with what the business can offer.
• Troubleshoot a quiet pipeline or a tricky brief by digging into the market and adjusting your approach.
• Track pipeline health and time-to-hire for your roles, flagging risks before they become fire drills.
• Share sourcing techniques and market insight with the wider Talent team to sharpen how Sendcloud hires tech talent.
