Job summary

WeAreKeen | Talent Partners is seeking a Senior Tech Talent Partner to join in-house with one of our fast-growing tech clients in Amsterdam. You’ll design and execute strategic recruiting plans, partner with hiring managers and guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.

You’ll need 5+ years in tech recruitment, strong sourcing skills (boolean and x-ray), excellent communication, and English fluency (Dutch preferred). This role offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech recruitment.
• Deep understanding of software engineers, data scientists and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract top tech talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
• Manage every stage of the recruitment process for a smooth candidate experience.
• Post jobs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate offers.
