NLO IPSILON seeks a Team Manager Central Services to lead the validations and renewal processes, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and adherence to procedures. You will manage a team of 10+ professionals and drive improvements across functions.
Responsibilities include day-to-day department management, staff coaching, capacity planning, and documenting processes in line with regulations. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
As Team Manager Central Services, you are responsible for the timeliness, efficiency, and quality of the validations and renewal processes, as well as the team that delivers them. You lead a team of 10+ professionals and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, on time, and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the department, monitoring progress and ensuring optimal staffing levels. You coach and develop employees while creating a working environment where ownership, collaboration, and continuous development are key.
In addition, you play an important role in optimising processes. You identify bottlenecks, translate them into concrete improvement actions, and work closely with colleagues across Operations, IT, and the various Business Units to further professionalize processes and systems.
You are responsible for documenting, monitoring, and improving work processes and controls. You ensure that procedures, work instructions, and knowledge remain up to date and that laws and regulations are correctly applied within the department.
You also contribute to strategic and operational projects, support change initiatives, and work together with the Manager Operations to determine the required capacity and allocation of resources for projects and specialist roles within the organisation.
