Job summary

Executive Assistant position at NTS in Eindhoven, supporting the Board in a dynamic, international high-tech setting. You will be the indispensable link between Board members and the organization, ensuring smooth operations with attention to detail, humor, and collegiality.

Role includes supporting the Manager Legal Affairs, NDA management, contract processing, and active project support across time zones. Requires HBO level, 5+ years experience, and fluent Dutch/English.

Qualifications

• HBO level of education, preferably in Legal Services or Executive Support.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a dynamic, preferably high-tech environment.
• Strong affinity with legal issues and a good understanding of legal terminology.
• Discreet, decisive, accurate, and strong in organisational and environmental sensitivity.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office 365 and preferably experience with AI tools such as Copilot.

Job description

As an Executive Assistant at NTS in Eindhoven, you will join a close team of Executive Assistants at our headquarters in Eindhoven, supporting the Board in an international, dynamic, and technical environment. Together, you form the indispensable link between the Board members and the rest of the organization: you ensure that everything runs smoothly, with an eye for detail, humor, and genuine collegiality. In addition to supporting the Board members, you also take an active role towards the Manager Legal Affairs in various legal activities, from corporate housekeeping to contract processing. You switch quickly, maintain an overview, and know how to set priorities even when everything is happening at once. This is a role with real responsibility. You are the first point of contact for anyone who wants to interact with the Board, both internally and externally. You know who to connect when, which agendas are leading, and you understand that the Board sometimes requires that extra step. You find that natural.

• Salary of €4,000.00 - €5,000.00 depending on your experience and qualifications
