Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company in Leiden is offering an Internship – Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will work with the Head of Talent Acquisition and TA Leads on administration around candidate experience and onboarding, while gaining hands-on exposure to HR operations in a global organization.

This internship runs five to six months starting February 2027, with a hybrid schedule and home base in Leiden/Amsterdam, a €650 gross monthly allowance, and two vacation days per month.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proactive with high attention to detail.
• Interested in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Support administration around candidate experience and onboarding with Head of Talent Acquisition and TA Leads.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Mobility and People Teams to understand HR functions in a global org.
• Support end-to-end onboarding for intern hires and ensure a smooth start to their journey.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
• Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience as a polite, professional point of contact throughout recruitment.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist in planning and coordinating team events to strengthen engagement.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers to keep recruitment running smoothly.
