The Internship

In this internship you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition, TA Leads and Talent Acquisition Business Partners on administration side around our candidate experience and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with our People Operations, Mobility, and People Teams, gaining hands-on exposure to how HR functions work in a global organization
  • Support the end-to-end onboarding experience for new intern hires, helping ensure a smooth, welcoming start to their journey
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment and onboarding initiatives

  • Proactive approach and strong attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Genuine interest in connecting with others, communicating openly, and building positive relationships across teams
