Job summary

HEINEKEN is offering an Internship – Talent Acquisition Data Analyst in Leiden, Netherlands, with a hybrid setup across Leiden and Amsterdam. You will support Talent Acquisition and People Operations by gathering information, sharing insights, and building data-driven solutions to enhance recruitment processes.

You will manage data workflows from SAP SuccessFactors, perform cleaning using Excel and Power Query, store datasets in SharePoint, and translate data into visual insights with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end data workflow: extract from SAP SuccessFactors, clean data with Excel and Power Query, store in SharePoint and visualize insights via Power BI.
• Maintain and improve an internal team dashboard to boost transparency and collaboration.
• Collaborate with TA and People Operations to gather information and provide status updates.
