Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company in Amsterdam offers an Internship – Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. You will join a small, dynamic team and work on global initiatives that attract talent, build employer brand, and leverage data insights while learning and having fun.

Based in Amsterdam with a hybrid model (three days in office, two at home), the 5–6 month program includes a monthly gross allowance of €650, 2 vacation days per month, and commuting cost reimbursement for non-subsidized travel.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Interest in talent attraction, employer branding, and HR technology.
• Strong data insight and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of Global Employer Branding & Talent Attraction priorities.
• Assist with Employer Branding / Employee Value campaigns to drive engagement around being Employer of Choice.
• Coordinate activities for the Global Talent Acquisition Community.
• Contribute to the engagement and organization of the TA Community of Practice.
• Support data gathering, research and benchmarking to inform data-driven decisions.
