Job summary

HEINEKEN is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support onboarding and candidate experience. You’ll work with the Head of Talent Acquisition and partners across People Operations, Mobility, and global TA teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey for interns.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding projects, and event coordination while developing your communication and organizational skills in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program for the duration of the internship.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, adapt in a dynamic environment, and build cross-team relationships.
• Interest in connecting with others and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration around candidate experience and onboarding under supervision.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Mobility, and People Teams to understand HR processes.
• Support end-to-end onboarding for new intern hires and a welcoming onboarding journey.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
• Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience as a friendly point of contact.
• Handle sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist with planning and coordinating team events to strengthen engagement.
• Support interview scheduling with Hiring Managers to keep processes smooth.
