Job summary

Kadex Care Home Automation is seeking a technically oriented Support Employee/Engineer to analyze and solve complex IT and software issues for our partners in the care sector. You will troubleshoot software, configurations and integrations, reproduce bugs, and document findings for the development team.

You will work with our development and product teams in a hybrid setup and enjoy room to grow your technical knowledge while helping partners optimize use of our software.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Technically skilled with IT environments and software support experience.
• Experience with APIs, databases or integrations.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to partners.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• HBO-level education or equivalent in IT.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve technical support questions for partners.
• Troubleshoot issues within software, configurations and integrations.
• Support partners with implementations and integrations.
• Reproduce and document bugs for the development team.
• Read and analyze logs and error messages to identify root causes.
• Advise partners on optimal use of our software.
