Job summary

Kadex Care Home Automation, part of the ASSA ABLOY group, seeks a technically oriented Support Employee/Engineer in Wijchen, The Netherlands. You will analyze and solve complex technical support questions, troubleshoot software, configurations and integrations, and document bugs for the development team.

You will read logs, advise partners on optimal use of our software, contribute to technical documentation, and collaborate with development and product teams.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and technical mindset.
Experience with software support or IT environments.
Able to explain technical information clearly in Dutch and English.
HBO level education, preferably in IT.

Responsibilities

Analyze and solve technical support questions for partners.
Troubleshoot software, configurations and links.
Support partners with implementations and integrations.
Reproduce and document bugs for the development team.
Read and analyze logs and error messages.
Advise partners on optimal use of our software.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Suggest structural improvements to our solutions.
