Vivid Resourcing is seeking a technically skilled customer-facing specialist to support customers across the Netherlands. You will answer technical questions, understand applications, and tailor quotations for sensor technology and industrial automation solutions.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, collaborating with Sales and Product Specialists, and escalating complex cases to Application Engineers. Hybrid work from Bilthoven, NL with a mix of onsite and remote days.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO technical background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, electromechanics or industrial automation.
• Around 2 years of technical/customer-facing experience.
• Experience in technical support, inside sales, distribution, service or maintenance.
• Fluent Dutch and good English.
• Genuine curiosity about how things work.
• If you've worked with sensors before, great. If not, technical instinct and the willingness to learn matter more.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical questions via phone, email, Webex and webshop.
• Understand customer applications and translate them into the right solution.
• Prepare tailored quotations.
• Work closely with Sales and Product Specialists.
• Escalate complex technical cases to Application Engineers.
• Build long-term customer relationships rather than simply closing tickets.
