Job summary

Kadex Care Home Automation, part of the ASSA ABLOY group, seeks a technically oriented Support Employee/Engineer in Wijchen, The Netherlands. You will analyze and solve complex technical support questions, troubleshoot software, configurations and integrations, and document bugs for the development team.

You will read logs, advise partners on optimal use of our software, contribute to technical documentation, and collaborate with development and product teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and technical mindset.
• Experience with software support or IT environments.
• Able to explain technical information clearly in Dutch and English.
• HBO level education, preferably in IT.

Responsibilities

The position

As a technically oriented Support Employee/Engineer, you are responsible for analyzing and solving complex issues of our partners.

• You analyze and solve technical support questions
• You troubleshoot issues within software, configurations and links
• You support partners with implementations and integrations
• You reproduce and document bugs for the development team
• You read and analyze logs and error messages
• You advise partners on optimal use of our software
• You contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
• You think along with us about structural improvements to our solutions

Who are you?

• You have strong analytical skills
• You are technically skilled and solution-oriented
• You have HBO working and thinking level (preferably IT)
• You have experience with software support or IT environments
• You have knowledge of, for example, APIs, databases or integrations (advantage)
• You can explain technical information clearly
• You speak and write fluent in Dutch and English
