Job summary

Kadex Care Home Automation, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a Support Employee with an administrative focus in Wijchen. You will register and process support requests in the ticket system, monitor progress, and keep partners informed, ensuring clear file formation.

You’ll work in a growing software environment with opportunities to improve processes, communicate with customers in English and Dutch, and contribute to service quality in healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• You work in a structured way and keep an easy overview.
• You are a strong communicator and customer-oriented.
• You are accurate and administratively skilled.
• You have MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Affinity with IT/software and fluency in English and Dutch are required.

Responsibilities

• Register and process support requests in the ticket system.
• Monitor progress and ensure SLA agreements are met.
• Maintain contact with partners about report status.
• Send tickets to the right colleagues and follow up.
• Ensure complete and clear file formation.
• Suggest process and workflow improvements.
• Identify trends and recurring issues.
