GEA Germany GmbH in Bakel seeks a Senior Service Marketing & Growth Manager to turn customer and market insights into qualified opportunities across four business units. You will bridge Marketing, Service, Sales, Product Management and Digital Marketing to drive growth.

You will build scalable processes, define KPIs and lead campaigns that activate, retain and re‑engage customers, accelerating service growth and recurring revenue in an international industrial setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing or growth experience.
• Experience in international industrial or complex B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of service, lifecycle marketing and installed base.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Service Marketing & Growth Strategy across four units.
• Analyze installed base to identify service contracts, upgrades and digital services.
• Create value propositions, lifecycle programs and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Marketing and Digital Marketing to generate leads.
• Launch pilots and scale successful approaches across the division.
• Define KPIs and link activities to pipeline and commercial impact.
