GEA Group is seeking a Senior Service Marketing & Growth Manager in Weert, Netherlands, to shape the new service marketing capability. You will bridge Marketing, Service, Sales, Product Management, and Digital Marketing to turn insights into qualified opportunities and measurable growth.

You will work across four business units in a dynamic global technology organization, with a clear path to influence service growth, recurring revenue and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, commercial growth or go-to-market roles.
• Experience in international industrial, capital-equipment or complex B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of Service, aftermarket, installed-base, lifecycle or portfolio marketing.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle management and pipeline measurement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Service Marketing & Growth Strategy across four business units and establish scalable processes.
• Analyze and segment the installed base to identify opportunities around service contracts, spare parts, upgrades, and digital services.
• Develop value propositions, lifecycle programs, customer journeys and campaigns that activate, retain and re-engage customers.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Business Unit Marketing and Digital Marketing to convert opportunities into campaigns and nurture leads.
• Launch and optimize pilots, using insights to scale across the division.
• Define Service Marketing KPIs and link activities to pipeline and measurable impact.

Are you an experienced B2B marketing professional who knows how to turn an installed customer base into new commercial opportunities? And do you enjoy building something new, bringing structure to complex environments and translating strategy into measurable business impact?Within GEA’s Pharma and Food Applications Division, growing Service Sales is a strategic priority. Our equipment and production solutions have long operational lifecycles, creating significant opportunities to increase customer value, strengthen retention and accelerate Service growth.In Bakel we are looking for a Senior Service Marketing & Growth Manager.

This is not a traditional marketing communications role. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Service, Sales, Product Management and Digital Marketing, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your focus is clear: turning customer and market insights into qualified Service opportunities, pipeline and business growth.

You will:

• Develop and execute the Service Marketing & Growth Strategy across four business units and establish the processes and ways of working to make it scalable.
• Analyze and segment the installed base to identify opportunities around service contracts, spare parts, upgrades, retrofits and digital services.
• Develop strong value propositions, lifecycle programs, customer journeys and campaigns that activate, retain and re-engage customers.
• Work closely with Service Sales, Business Unit Marketing and Digital Marketing to turn commercial opportunities into effective campaigns and ensure leads and opportunities are nurtured and followed up.
• Launch and optimize pilots and use customer insights and results in creating repeatable approaches that can be scaled across the division.
• Define Service Marketing KPIs and connect marketing activities to qualified opportunities, pipeline creation and measurable commercial impact.

We are looking for a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys creating something from the ground up and is equally comfortable discussing strategy with senior stakeholders and getting involved in execution.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Around 8+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, commercial growth or go-to-market roles.
• Experience within an international industrial, capital-equipment, technology or similarly complex B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of Service, aftermarket, installed-base, customer lifecycle or portfolio marketing.
• Experience with CRM, customer segmentation, marketing automation, lifecycle management and pipeline measurement.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder-management skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and fluency in English
• Fluent in English (Dutch or German is an advantage).
