Gea Group in Bakel, Netherlands is seeking a Senior Service Marketing & Growth Manager to drive service growth across four business units. You will shape the strategy, analyze the installed base for service opportunities, and develop campaigns that activate and retain customers.

You will work with Service Sales, BU Marketing and Digital Marketing to turn opportunities into campaigns, lead nurturing, and scalable pilots. Fluency in English is required; Dutch/German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Around 8+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or growth roles.
• Experience in international industrial/complex B2B environments.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or German is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Service Marketing & Growth Strategy across four business units; establish scalable processes.
• Analyze and segment the installed base to identify opportunities in service contracts, parts, upgrades and digital services.
• Develop value propositions, lifecycle programs, customer journeys and campaigns to activate, retain and re-engage customers.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, BU Marketing and Digital Marketing to convert opportunities into campaigns and nurture leads.
• Launch pilots and use insights to create repeatable, scalable approaches across the division.
• Define KPIs and connect marketing activities to qualified opportunities and measurable impact.
