GEA Germany GmbH in Weert, The Netherlands, seeks a Marketing Manager for the Vertical Packaging portfolio within the Food Processing & Packaging business unit. You will translate business unit strategy into global marketing plans, orchestrating campaigns, content, and events to accelerate growth and pipeline.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Leadership in an international matrix, manage the BU marketing budget, define priorities, and drive market readiness for launches

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a B2B marketing role, preferably in an international industrial or technology environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align marketing with commercial priorities and targets.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop the global marketing strategy and activity plan for the Vertical Packaging portfolio.
• Lead demand generation, pipeline, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Product Management.
• Drive campaigns, digital activation, events, and product launches.
• Manage marketing budget and priorities within the BU framework.
• Lead strategic trade fairs end-to-end and post-event reporting.
