Job summary

GEA Group is seeking an experienced Senior Service Marketing & Growth Manager to turn installed customer bases into commercial opportunities. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Service, Sales, Product Management and Digital Marketing, developing scalable service marketing strategies across four business units and shaping value propositions throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will lead campaigns, analyze installed base opportunities, and drive growth through lifecycle programs,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Around 8+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, commercial growth or go-to-market roles.
Experience within an international industrial, capital-equipment, technology or similarly complex B2B environment.
Strong understanding of Service, aftermarket, installed-base, customer lifecycle or portfolio marketing.
Experience with CRM, customer segmentation, marketing automation, lifecycle management and pipeline measurement.
Strong commercial and stakeholder-management skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and fluency in English
Fluent in English (Dutch or German is an advantage).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Service Marketing & Growth Strategy across four business units and establish the processes and ways of working to make it scalable.
Analyze and segment the installed base to identify opportunities around service contracts, spare parts, upgrades, retrofits and digital services.
Develop strong value propositions, lifecycle programs, customer journeys and campaigns that activate, retain and re-engage customers.
Work closely with Service Sales, Business Unit Marketing and Digital Marketing to turn commercial opportunities into effective campaigns and ensure leads and opportunities are nurtured and followed up.
Launch and optimize pilots and use customer insights and results in creating repeatable approaches that can be scaled across the division.
Define Service Marketing KPIs and connect marketing activities to qualified opportunities, pipeline creation and measurable commercial impact.
