Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Customer Experience Renewal Manager in Amsterdam, Netherlands, to drive renewal strategy and ensure timely closure of Cisco product and service contracts across assigned accounts.

You will work with customers, partners and Cisco teams to map requirements, manage renewals, and minimize financial attrition while identifying upsell opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of technology sales or enterprise renewal experience.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end renewal cycles, including upselling and timely contract closures.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing Services and Software contract renewals.
• Strong analytical capability in managing large installed base data.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of renewal contracts across assigned accounts.
• Define a strategy to drive renewals to timely closure and minimize renewal risk.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and Cisco teams to map customer requirements.
• Upsell Services and Software where appropriate.
• Understand customer procurement processes and Cisco technology offerings.
