Globalprofessionals is seeking a strategic Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of high-value accounts, drive measurable outcomes, and serve as the primary liaison between product and client ROI.

You will manage complex B2B SaaS engagements, lead executive business reviews, and collaborate with Sales to drive renewals and expansion. The role requires strong commercial acumen and language skills in English and local market language, based in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in managing complex B2B customer relationships.
• Experience in SaaS/Fintech or enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to drive retention and expansion.
• Strong English and local language communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
• Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
• Provide data-driven guidance using health scores and analytics; prepare QBRs.
• Review and enhance CS playbooks and VOC feedback loops.
• Develop local market presence by converting strategic accounts into referenceable case studies.
