Trimble is seeking a Dutch-speaking Renewal Specialist to drive retention and revenue in the AECO-focused customer base. You will own renewals, identify churn risk, and coordinate with Customer Success Managers and sales to secure on-time contracts.

This role requires 2–3 years in SaaS, renewal-process knowledge, fluency in Dutch and good English, and proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace. Netherlands-based, onsite at least 4 days/week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven success within a SaaS organization.
• Strong understanding of software renewal processes and concepts.
• Fluent Dutch and good English language skills (minimum B1).

Responsabilités

• Lead proactive renewal strategies to maximize retention and reduce churn.
• Handle a high volume of renewals in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Collaborate with CS managers and sales to ensure critical renewals are signed on time.
• Clearly communicate risks and develop resolution strategies with stakeholders.
