Job summary

Infoblox is seeking an Associate Manager of Customer Development for the EMEA region, based in Amsterdam. You will lead a team responsible for identifying, securing, and processing multi-year renewal opportunities, coordinating with Sales, Legal, Finance, and partners to ensure accuracy and on-time performance.

You will drive dashboards, implement scalable renewal strategies, and report on bookings and renewal efficiency to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years managing renewals or service-contract teams.
• Experience scaling an organization through rapid growth.
• Strong knowledge of service terms, co-termination, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Customer Development Representatives in EMEA.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance and channel partners to ensure renewals are completed on time.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using SFDC/CPQ and other systems.
• Present quarterly analyses to senior management on bookings, partner efficacy, and on-time performance.
• Influence stakeholders to remove obstacles and support service renewals goals.
