Publitas is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Dutch market to protect, retain, and grow our enterprise portfolio. You will own the client lifecycle from onboarding to complex renewals in a remote-first environment.

Fluent Dutch and English are essential, with 3+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS. You will leverage AI to personalize communications, track health metrics, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English required.
• 3+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS customer success.
• Experience in MarTech, retail e-commerce, or marketing agency workflows preferred.
• Ability to leverage AI to personalize communications and analyze account health data.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dutch enterprise portfolio lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Lead business reviews with marketing and e-commerce leaders.
• Identify churn risks and expansion opportunities; drive data-driven ROI plans.
• Maintain data integrity and operate effectively in a remote-first environment.
