Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to partner with managing directors, managers and team leaders, attracting and inspiring talent across blue- and white-collar roles in high‑tech manufacturing for semiconductor and analytical markets.

You will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, optimize the ATS (Recruitee), contribute to employer branding with Marketing, and advise stakeholders with a pragmatic, data‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO education in HRM, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Experience as a corporate Recruiter in a technical or production environment.
• Experience recruiting both technical and management profiles.
• Data-driven attitude with reporting and process improvement.
• Experience with ATS systems (Tellent/Recruitee) is a plus.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process for blue and white-collar positions up to MT level, from intake to contract negotiation.
• Advise directors, managers and team leaders on profiles and recruitment approaches.
• Actively source candidates and develop creative ways to increase applications.
• Build and maintain a network with educational institutions and external agencies; evaluate recruitment partners.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide management information.
• Improve recruitment processes and ATS setup in line with HR policy.
• Identify career fairs and internship markets; collaborate with Marketing on employer branding.
