Job summary

Nearfield Instruments is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join the HR/Recruitment team in Rotterdam to manage end-to-end hiring for our engineering and physics roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pools, maintain relationships with suppliers, and help scale our high-tech metrology systems.

This role offers the chance to influence growth in a fast-moving scale-up and work with world-leading chipmakers.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting complex technical roles in a scale-up environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work five days per week from Rotterdam.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment activities for all Nearfield departments.
• Advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Develop, implement and finetune internal recruitment processes and procedures.
• Establish partnerships in new countries where Nearfield deploys activities.
• Interfacing with Nearfield’s Recruitment suppliers.
• Monitor and finetune recruitment actuals vs planning.
• Develop and actively manage candidate pools and networks.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and channels.
• Represent Nearfield Instruments at relevant career events.
