Job summary

TurbineOne in Europe is seeking a Head of International Alliances to lead strategy for identifying, evaluating, building, onboarding, enabling, and scaling strategic partnerships across Europe and the MENA region, accelerating growth and strengthening market access in defense tech.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Government Relations, and Executive Leadership to develop scalable partner programs, negotiate complex agreements, and drive joint go-to-market plans,

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships or alliance management.
• Understanding of defense tech ecosystem and international markets.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end international partnerships program across Europe and MENA.
• Coordinate diligence, commercial evaluation, and executive briefings for potential alliances.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements (NDAs, teaming, distribution, etc.).
