Job summary

Rubrik's Channel & Alliances team in Europe seeks a Director to build and lead the strategy that turns partners into a growth engine across NEUR & SEUR, covering Nordics, Benelux, France, Italy & Iberia.

You will recruit and mentor the Channel & Alliances team, align with regional and EMEA management, and drive campaigns with key partners to accelerate joint wins while reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading SaaS channel or alliances teams.
• Experience in data security, data management or storage.
• Strong partner ecosystem relationships in Europe.
• Comfort presenting to large audiences and events.
• Proven track record closing partner-driven deals.
• Fluent with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional channel and alliances plan across NEUR & SEUR.
• Lead and develop Channel & Alliances Managers.
• Plan regional coverage and grow focus partners with Land & Expand.
• Drive account mapping and joint planning with Rubrik sales.
• Lead enablement programs for partner field sales and SE teams.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Report channel metrics and progress to leadership.
