Job summary

Piano seeks a Tech Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Manager to own and grow the technology partner ecosystem, spanning data platforms, payments, and adjacent SaaS tools. You will drive end-to-end relationship management and establish a fast intake process for partnership opportunities.

You will partner with Product and Solution Consulting to ensure engineering feasibility, roadmap alignment, and joint GTM execution, measuring health and pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of partnerships, alliances, or business development within B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing platform-level technology relationships, not just referrals.
• Track record of building and scaling joint GTM motions with tech partners.
• Experience triaging, scoping, or evaluating partnership opportunities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop segmentation and prioritization for strategic technology partners across data, payments, subscriptions, and related tools.
• Own key technology partnerships end-to-end and lead joint GTM and co-sell motions.
• Lead inbound triage and collaborate with Product and Solution Consulting to validate opportunities.
• Build an operational rhythm for partnerships including pipeline, reporting, and status tracking.
• Represent partnerships in company-wide planning and align with Product and regional teams.
