Job summary

Medtronic is hiring a Key Account Manager to shape strategic partnerships with major Dutch hospitals. You will manage a defined portfolio, lead capital and multi-year agreements, and coordinate Medtronic experts to deliver value across AiBLE robotics, navigation, imaging and spine implants.

You will build relationships with clinical leaders, procurement, and executives, guiding complex commercial opportunities and ensuring growth and market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of medical device sales or similar commercial experience.
• Proven ability in strategic account management and complex capital opportunities.
• Experience in enterprise selling and working with clinical, procurement, finance, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for hospitals, including stakeholder mapping and growth opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical leaders, procurement, finance, and hospital executives.
• Lead capital opportunities from identification through tender, negotiation and contracting.
• Create value propositions and multi-year commercial solutions for customers.
• Drive adoption of AiBLE ecosystem across robotics, imaging, and spine implants.
• Coordinate cross-functional Medtronic teams to support accounts and ensure forecast accuracy.
