Job summary

HARTMANN is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a mandatory medical background and proven operating theatre experience to manage hospital accounts in the Netherlands. You will leverage clinical expertise to advise customers and position CPT sets.

The role includes delivering training, developing strategic account plans, supporting tender processes, and collaborating with the Inpatient team to achieve growth and revenue targets in an international company.

Qualifications

• Medical education/background (nurse, OR assistant, or other clinical profile).
• 5+ years in a commercial hospital role (Key Account Manager or similar).
• Proven OR experience and CPT set knowledge.
• Experience with tender management and hospital funding structures.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English.
• Planning, reporting (Excel/CRM) and presenting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing hospital accounts and develop new business.
• Advise customers with medical expertise and OR experience.
• Demonstrate products including CPT sets and translate clinical needs into commercial solutions.
• Deliver customer training and education on product implementation.
• Develop strategic account plans and support tender processes.
• Collaborate with Inpatient team to achieve growth and revenue targets.
