Job summary

InBody Europe, based in Amsterdam, seeks an HR Manager to partner with leadership and drive a scalable HR foundation across Europe. You will lead recruitment, performance management, and development while shaping an inclusive, high-performing culture in a fast-growing international organization.

The role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on execution, ensuring Dutch labor law compliance and strong collaboration across teams in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience across operational and strategic roles.
• Experience in a scale-up or changing organization is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law; international exposure is a bonus.
• Proven ability to drive change, culture, and performance.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proactive, resilient and able to build trust at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable HR foundation with strategic workforce planning.
• Professionalize HR processes, structures, and policies across Europe.
• Ensure compliance across multiple European countries, especially Benelux.
• Lead recruitment strategy and build employer brand.
• Design and implement performance management and KPI frameworks.
• Create growth paths, compensation and progression.
• Design Learning & Development strategy.
• Act as a change agent in an evolving international organization.
• Strengthen trust and cross-team collaboration.
• Foster an inclusive, English-speaking international culture.
• Oversee HR administration, data accuracy, and reporting.
• Maintain legal compliance and risk management (RI&E).
