Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with Country Managers across the Netherlands and Belgium, supporting recruitment, employee relations, development, culture initiatives and compliance. You will work closely with HR Operations on onboarding and contract management region-wide.

The role requires 5+ years in HRBP, fluency in English and Dutch, and willingness to travel between NL and BE. Experience with integration projects and labour law is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in logistics.
• Experience with integration projects from an HR perspective is a plus.
• Knowledge of labour law and social security in NL and Belgium is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Country Managers to deliver the People agenda.
• Provide guidance on recruitment, employee relations, development, culture initiatives and compliance.
• Support onboarding, contract management, and HR administration across the region.
