Job summary

ADM is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for our Amsterdam location, supporting approximately 150 employees in a dynamic, international matrix environment. You will act as the primary HR partner for management, aligning people strategies with business goals.

Reporting to the HR Manager Benelux and collaborating with regional teams, you will lead talent development, performance cycles, and organizational development projects, while guiding managers on Dutch employment law and HR policy

Qualifications

Bachelor or master's degree in HR related field.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, of which 3 years as an HR Business Partner in the Netherlands in dynamic, international corporate matrix environment (pre).
Solid and up to date knowledge of Dutch employment law.
Experience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors/SAP).
Practical ‘hands‑on’ mentality and flexibility in working hours.
Well-developed interpersonal skills: assertive, organized, team player, problem solver and service oriented.
Fluent written and spoken English is required; Dutch is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Tactical HR and HR policy execution: you are a business partner for management and help them achieve their goals.
People development: you develop, train and coach managers, advise on talent development and recruitment.
Organization development: you advise on organizational structure, act as change manager, and support Works Council matters.
You are the ambassador of ADM’s leadership behavior and set an example.
