Job summary

RS Benelux is seeking an HR Manager to connect our commercial business with the HR function in a hybrid role based in Haarlem. You will partner with leaders, shape local people strategy, and translate business needs into practical HR solutions.

You will collaborate with payroll, pensions, and benefits providers, ensure policy compliance, lead talent development and employee engagement, and support M&A change activities with the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience in roles such as HR Manager or HRBP.
• Fluent Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and its practical application.
• Master's degree preferred in HR, Business or related field.
• Experience in a matrix organization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to implement local and regional HR strategy.
• Coach and support managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise on people-related matters and drive HR initiatives.
• Support talent development, succession planning and engagement.
• Ensure policies and processes are compliant and improved.
• Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding and hiring process improvements.
• Leverage data insights to support decisions and improvements.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and collective agreements.
