Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to support the Netherlands and Belgium operations. You will partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals and drive talent development, change management, and employee relations across functions.

As an individual contributor, you will coach leaders, manage workforce planning, and use people analytics to influence decision-making while ensuring compliance with Dutch and Belgian labour laws and Works Council processes.

Qualifications

• AI integration into work processes and decision‑making.
• 12+ years HRBP or HR generalist experience.
• Experience in direct client support and coaching.
• Strong coaching, employee relations, and change management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Fluent in English plus an additional language.
• Strong knowledge of Netherlands & Belgium labour law.
• Experience working with Go-To-Market sales teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HRBP for VPs and below in the Netherlands and Belgium, aligning HR strategies with business goals and acting as a trusted advisor and coach.
• Drive initiatives focused on talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management.
• Support and advise leaders on complex employee relations issues, engagement strategies, and culture development, ensuring compliance with Dutch and Belgian labour laws.
• Support succession planning, performance management, and leadership development in collaboration with COEs.
• Partner with business leaders to manage organizational changes including restructures, integrations, and transitions.
• Use people analytics and workforce data to drive decision-making and provide insights to the business.
• Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, labour relations, Arbo and HR best practices specific to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
