Job summary

ComplianceWise in Amsterdam seeks a People Business Partner to own the full employee experience from offer to offboarding. You’ll partner with leadership and report to the COO, driving HR strategy, process improvements, and a thriving culture.

You’ll lead recruitment and onboarding, manage payroll and HR tooling, and support international growth while maintaining compliance and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• HR experience across recruitment and people operations with ownership of end-to-end processes.
• Ability to manage payroll, benefits, contracts, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive ownership in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Own full employee experience from offer to offboarding.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, reviews, and coaching conversations.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and HR tooling, including international expansion.
• Maintain HR systems, documentation, and compliance.
• Strengthen culture and employees' wellbeing; drive meaningful people moments.
