Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Sales Developer to drive growth in a key account within the high-tech and semiconductor sector. You will combine technical insight with commercial expertise to shape engineering solutions and close high-value deals.

You will work with C-level and senior stakeholders, expand the portfolio through cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate with global delivery teams to ensure successful, offshore-enabled delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in technical sales, BD, or account management in high-tech/hardware.
• Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and long-term client relationships.
• Experience with global teams and offshore delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level negotiation.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership.
• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Lead full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure, focused on high-impact engineering and R&D services.
• Collaborate with C-level and senior technical stakeholders to understand business challenges and co-create tailored solutions.
• Expand the portfolio by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities in hardware-intensive domains (mechanical, electrical, embedded systems).
• Partner with global delivery teams to align offshore capabilities with client needs, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
• Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the high-tech domain.
