Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with engineering, R&D or technology-driven customers.
• Strong affinity with technology and ability to translate complex challenges into business value.
• Confident in cold calling and hunting, and able to develop long-term relationships.
• Energized by spending time with customers on-site and co-creating solutions.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset to grow in an international, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and cold calling to proposals and closing high‑value contracts.
• Visit customers regularly, understand technical challenges, and position Capgemini Engineering as a trusted partner.
• Match customer demands with our professionals to ensure the right fit between client needs and Capgemini talent.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and expand the portfolio with existing and new customers.
• Partner with delivery and practice leads to guarantee smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
• Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events, contributing to visibility and thought leadership.
