Your Profile
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related technical or commercial field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the high‑tech or hardware industry.
- A proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and building long‑term client relationships.
- Experience working with global teams and offshore delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at executive levels.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a sense of ownership.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong asset.
Your role
As a Senior Sales Developer at Capgemini Engineering, you will drive strategic growth within a key account in the high‑tech and semiconductor sector. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, combining technical insight with commercial expertise to shape impactful engineering solutions and close high‑value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing contracts—focused on high‑impact engineering and R&D services.
- Collaborate with C‑level and senior technical stakeholders to understand business challenges and co‑create tailored solutions.
- Expand the portfolio by identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities in hardware‑intensive domains (mechanical, electrical, embedded systems).
- Partner with global delivery teams to align offshore capabilities with client needs, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the high‑tech domain.
