You are a strategic, commercially driven professional with a passion for technology and client success. You bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related technical or commercial field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the high-tech or hardware industry.
- A proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client relationships.
- Experience working with global teams and offshore delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at executive levels.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong asset.

Your role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing contracts—focused on high-impact engineering and R&D services.
- Collaborate with C-level and senior technical stakeholders to understand business challenges and co-create tailored solutions.
- Expand the portfolio by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities in hardware-intensive domains (mechanical, electrical, embedded systems).
- Partner with global delivery teams to align offshore capabilities with client needs, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the high-tech domain.
