Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking a senior Business Relationship Manager to drive strategic growth with a key Semiconductor/Hi-Tech client in the Netherlands. You will build VP/CXO-level relationships, drive business development, and shape opportunities across engineering and manufacturing IT domains.

You will lead proposals, value propositions, and business cases while collaborating with engineering, consulting, sales and delivery teams to create innovative customer solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in Business Development / Strategic Sales.
• Strong Semiconductor / Hi-Tech / Electronics domain experience.
• Proven track record in consultative selling and complex technology solution sales.
• Good understanding of Hardware, Firmware, Embedded, Manufacturing IT/MES, PLM and Engineering IT.

Responsibilities

• Build strong VP/CXO-level relationships and position MPower Plus as a strategic technology partner.
• Drive business development, account growth, and large-scale technology opportunities.
• Shape complex opportunities across Product Engineering, Embedded/Firmware, PLM, PDIT, Manufacturing IT/MES, AI & Digital Engineering.
