• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with engineering, R&D or technology-driven customers.
• Strong affinity with technology and ability to translate complex challenges into business value.
• Confident in cold calling and hunting, and able to develop long-term relationships.
• Energized by spending time with customers on-site and co-creating solutions.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset to grow in an international, innovative environment.

As a Junior/Medior Sales Developer at Capgemini Engineering, you will drive strategic growth at several customers in the defense and energy sectors.
